This training is sector specific and is open to Board members/owners, management, lead educators or anyone who are responsible for development of policies and procedures . The training will examine what a critical incident is, why plan for it and help your service to design a comprehensive Critical Incident plan. It will guide participants to identify potential emergencies and create clear response procedures for staff teams.
