Day 1: Using emotional intelligence to unlock, harness, develop and maximise full potential of teams and
individuals by identifying and working to people’s strengths resulting in increased job satisfaction for direct
reports and an increased quality of delivery to service users.
Day 2: To provide managers/ supervisors with the critical skills, knowledge and attitudes to maximise their
proactive time and minimise their reactive time by fostering self-sufficient and self- regulating teams and individuals.
